Grief and Loss
Our Group Coordinator will assess if a group is the most appropriate therapeutic service or make other recommendations.
Grief is experienced in so many ways - physical, emotional, and spiritual. One needs a place to recognize that these reactions are part of the journey of grief. Being with grieving people can reaffirm that one is not going crazy. While every loss is unique, through this support groups, you can bask in the support of others who have experienced loss and understand.

Therapy Groups are held online and/or in-person.

Groups are led by licensed, experienced Clinicians.

Prior to joining a group, a clinical assessment is required (unless you have completed one with our

practice in the previous groups). This may or may not be conducted by the group facilitator.

The fee for this assessment follows our normal pricing for individual client sessions. We accept some insurances for this assessment. If insurance is not an option, the full cost for an assessment is $130 with a licensed clinician, and there is also a sliding-fee scale.

Advance registration is required for all groups.

Addiction Support Group
Our Group Coordinator will assess if a group is the most appropriate therapeutic service or make other recommendations.
Our group therapy provides a place for people to express the many emotions associated with addiction and trauma in a safe, supportive and confidential environment. Support groups for addiction allow people to share their personal experiences. It can benefit anyone with any type of addiction. Psychoeducation will also be provided in order to help you and your family better understand addiction as a disease. Support groups are also helpful for addicted people with co-occurring mental conditions like depression.
